1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you or the entity you represent ("Client," "User," or "you") and Expolio Group ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing our website, purchasing services via our catalogue, or engaging us for consulting, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms.
2. Scope of Services
Expolio Group provides enterprise business consulting, Microsoft solutions architecture, cloud migration, bespoke CRM and ERP development, workflow automation, and data analytics services. Each specific project engagement is governed by these Terms alongside individual Statements of Work (SOW) or Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Custom Software Development: Web applications, portals, and API integrations developed to agreed specifications.
- Microsoft Ecosystem: Deployment and customization of Microsoft 365, Power Apps, Power BI, Power Automate, and Azure infrastructure.
- Strategic Consulting: Architectural discovery, technical roadmapping, and operational transformation.
3. Intellectual Property Rights
Unless otherwise specified in a formal written agreement:
Client Deliverables: Upon full payment of all contracted invoices, the Client owns the custom intellectual property, proprietary code, and deliverables specifically created for their engagement.
Expolio Pre-Existing IP: Expolio Group retains ownership of its pre-existing libraries, frameworks, proprietary tools, and generalized methodologies used across projects.
4. Client Responsibilities
To ensure timely delivery and project excellence, the Client agrees to provide accurate project requirements, reasonable access to necessary staging environments or APIs, and prompt feedback during sprint reviews and milestone acceptance phases.
5. Payment & Commercial Terms
Invoices and online catalogue orders are processed in the currency specified at checkout or in the respective contract. Payments are non-refundable once milestone deliverables have been formally reviewed and approved by the Client.
6. Confidentiality & Non-Disclosure
Both parties agree to hold all proprietary and technical information in strict confidence and not disclose such information to third parties without prior written consent, except where required by law.
7. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Expolio Group, its directors, employees, or partners be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the website or services, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
8. Governing Law & Contact
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India.
